You're post has me intrigued. I guess the biggest question I have is who pays for your services if you are free to companies hiring? If you are posting jobs on your site and wanting to "match" candidates to the jobs, are you acting as the recruiter or perhaps an enhanced job board of sorts. Do you ask candidates to pay for your matching services?

I have a lot of experience in the recruiting industry and am now in business development and we are hiring engineers for our LA office as well as San Mateo, but I don't know what service you are offering.
