Job Description
Our client is seeking an energetic, creative, driven Regional Vice President to join the team in Northern California. This candidate will oversee our rapidly expanding Northern California Area Operations, working with Senior Leadership based in Boston and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This candidate must work well in a dynamic, high growth, entrepreneurial environment. He/she must be available to travel regionally 25% of the time.

The main purpose of this position is to manage the area’s revenue and expense goals, day-today operations and the continued career development and advancement of staff, and support high standard for customer service.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee all program revenue goals
- Implement and support company programs and promotions to help generate new leads for optimum new membership growth.
- Maximize member retention through ensuring high levels of customer service and high fleet standards, as well as a variety of innovative programs, launch and usage of product enhancements and responsiveness to member needs and suggestions.
- Ensure that the fleet meets standards for utilization, operating efficiency, cleanliness, maintenance, safety, brand image, and emissions.
- Ensure the implementation of standard policies and procedures for business and financial management.
- Interface with local government agencies to integrate with public transportation systems. Ensure appropriate level of participation in city and community events and establish key relationships.
- Develop relationships with parking operators and commercial and private property owners to support existing locations and expand and develop new locations.
- Identify partners/alliances/opportunities to expand growth in the region.
- Work cooperatively with senior leadership, including, but not limited to, Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources and Marketing. Work with home office to develop optimum local structure to support significant and growing operations and revenue growth.
- Forecast revenue and expense streams, and managing budget
- Develop, maintain and uphold operational guidelines that represent the Company’s brand and operating philosophy.
- Monitor current trends in the industry and make recommendations to the Chief Operating Officer
- Cooperate with Business Development in evaluating and executing new and potential projects.
- Regularly evaluate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and create centralized best practices within facilities to ensure uniform performance from location to location.
- Recruit, hire, train, motivate, direct, coach and evaluate and retain all regional staff.
- Work with senior leadership to develop annual budgets, goals and projections.
- Perform all appropriate staff appraisals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Other duties assigned by Chief Operating Officer

Qualifications
The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred
- 5+ Years in multi-site management experience in the retail, service, hospitality industry or related field
- Proven ability to hire, direct, coach, train, grow, and evaluate staff resulting in a strong retention record
- Prior P&L responsibility and history of sales and profit growth year over year
- Demonstrated experience in the areas of sales, operations, facilities, and finance
- High standards of Quality and Customer focus
- Experience working with government, businesses, and non-profits
- Knowledge of neighborhoods and business districts in the market place.
- Ability to utilize new techniques, ideas and problem solving skills.
- Excellent planning, organization and prioritization managing projects to intended result
- Ambitious and driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and contact management software
- Possess honesty and personal integrity.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and personable.
- A proven leader, respected by their team and peers
