What online networking tools (linkedIn, ZeroDegrees, etc) do you participate in? What is your criteria for granting connections?

LinkedIn. I generally look for any recommendations they may have had first. Also if they are within the company I work for. I also look for how they have expressed themselves in any written descriptions they have posted within the site.

What are you looking for out of this group?

I'd like to educate myself even more within these industries. I enjoy learning why others have pursued the businesses they are in and how I can help them increase their online presence. See you soon.
