What online networking tools (linkedIn, ZeroDegrees, etc) do you participate in? What is your criteria for granting connections?
LinkedIn. I generally look for any recommendations they may have had first. Also if they are within the company I work for. I also look for how they have expressed themselves in any written descriptions they have posted within the site.
